We have worked with The ELY Memorial Fund for many years and most recently we've done a full overhaul of their brand.
Their website was the driver for change. It was outdated and confusing for consumers. We started by looking at the structure of the site, assessing the current content and making a priority list of what information viewers needed to see, in what order. From there we created a new structure that put the most information in front of viewers and made the site far easier to navigate, so finding more information was no longer a chore.
Along with the website we also updated all elements of the brand, refreshing the logo to make it clearer at smaller sizes, creating new templates for stationery and setting guidelines for design and tone of voice.
